Questions

Do I need all four apps?

Nope. The Shipping plan gives you just the warehouse tools. But the Full Suite is where the magic happens — your backer data flows into orders, your customer emails connect to purchase data, and everything lives in one place.

Are there per-email or per-pledge fees?

Zero. Send 50,000 emails. Import 5,000 backers. Ship 1,000 orders. The price doesn’t change. We’re a flat monthly fee because we hate surprise invoices as much as you do.

Can I import from BackerKit / Kickstarter?

Yes — one-click CSV import from Kickstarter, Gamefound, and BackerKit. The importer auto-detects the format, creates pledge tiers, and captures add-ons. If you have a backer report, we can import it.

What email service do you use?

SendGrid (Twilio). You bring your own API key, which means your deliverability and sender reputation stay under your control. No shared IP nonsense.

Is this really built by a game company?

Yes. We’re Chaotic Great Games — we make Gudnak. Every feature in this platform was built because we needed it to run our business. We fulfilled 1,700 Kickstarter backers, manage 82 retail store relationships, and email 9,600 players using this exact software. It’s not a side project — it’s our production system.

Can I try it before committing?
